Responsibility yours?or mine?

     Personal responsibility can mean many different thing s to many different people. Personal responsibility to means taking charge of my own actions whether they were under good intentions or bad intentions it was still done under my hand.Also means doing the right thing no matter what it may be.
     A situation when something bad happens that involves myself and Iwould have to decide whether or not the responsibility for I would be mine or not would include something along the lines of.Having to work later than my shift at work because the employee decide they were going to be late coming in.due to this i would have to take the responsibility of working until hey got there to do their job.
      This wouldn't be bad on my part because I was not the one in late to work and i would make sure the the manager found out about this tardiness because it is the employees job to be at work and be there on time doing their job.It is not my responsibility to stay later to work but in the case that the situation came up i would have to work later than i initially planned on working .
